Keystone Property & Finance (Keystone Realty Pty Ltd and Keystone Finance Pty Ltd, together “we”) is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in and any message you write. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google provides us your name and email address only; we do not receive your password or access your Google account.
How this website handles your information
This website is a static site. It does not have a database and does not store your enquiry. When you press send, your enquiry is either (a) opened in your own email application for you to send to us, or (b) transmitted directly to our email inbox via a form-delivery provider. The enquiry is then stored in our business email and customer records.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide real estate or credit assistance services
- To send you property or loan information you have asked for
- To comply with our legal obligations under real estate and credit legislation
We will only send you marketing communications if you have consented, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003.
Who we share it with
We may share your information with lenders, aggregators, conveyancers or other parties necessary to provide the service you request, and with service providers (such as email and form-delivery providers) who process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
