Who we are

What we do

We provide credit assistance: we help you choose a loan from our panel of lenders, assist with the application, and liaise with the lender until settlement. We do not provide the credit itself.

Our lender panel and the lenders we use most

We can arrange credit with a panel of more than 40 lenders.

How we are paid

We do not charge you a fee for our service. The lender pays us an upfront commission (typically 0.5%–0.7% of the loan amount) and a trail commission (typically 0.1%–0.2% per year of the outstanding balance). You can ask us for a reasonable estimate of the commission for any loan we recommend.

Our obligations to you

Before recommending a loan we must make reasonable enquiries about your requirements, objectives and financial situation, verify that information, and assess whether the loan is not unsuitable for you. You can request a copy of that assessment.
